According to authorized documents MIREKO Company performs the following activities:
♦ carrying out geological works and developing mineral deposits, sales of mineral reserves and their products
♦ carrying out functions of a management company for geological organizations engaged at geological works and developing mineral deposits, sales of minerals and their products
♦ industrial, financial, commercial, intermediate, sales-purchase, consulting, informational, marketing, foreign-economic activities, services, protection of national privacy, and also other activities not prohibited by the Law of Russian Federation.
The Company has civil rights and bears responsibilities necessary to perform any activity, which are not prohibited by the Law.

The MIREKO Company has:
- 3 licenses of Federal Agency on building and communal services for designing, engineering survey and building of houses and constructions of 1st and 2nd levels of responsibility according to State Standard;
- 2 licenses of FSS Department in Komi Republic for works using State secret data and provision of services in the sphere of protection of State privacy;
- 2 licenses of Verkhnevolzhskoe Department of geodesy and cartography for geodesic and mapping activities (processed materials of aero and space survey, creation and support of GIS, mapping and publishing of maps, plans and atlases, map-based informational publications, topographic survey of 1:500 - 1:10000 scale, performing of scientific-research and developments works of appropriate direction).
A number of affiliates have their own licenses for designing, engineering and building of 1st and 2nd level of responsibility.
